At Puja Shraddha, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for every user booking Pandit Ji, puja samagri, or consultation services.
This policy explains the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are accepted. By using our website or mobile app, you agree to these terms.


πŸ“Œ 1. Cancellation Policy

For Pandit Booking & Consultation Services

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled puja or consultation.

  • If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the booking amount will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

  • In case of unforeseen situations such as Pandit unavailability, natural calamities, or emergencies, users may choose to:

    • Reschedule the booking to a later date, or

    • Receive a full refund of the amount paid.

For Puja Samagri Orders

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided the items have not yet been dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.


πŸ“Œ 2. Return Policy (For Puja Samagri)

Due to the spiritual and perishable nature of puja items, returns are accepted only in cases where:

  • Wrong items are delivered, or

  • Products are damaged during transit.

To request a return:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery, attaching clear photo/video proof of the issue.

  2. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  3. Our support team will verify the issue before approving a return or replacement.


πŸ“Œ 3. Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

  • For puja or consultation services, a full refund will be issued if:

    • The assigned Pandit fails to attend, or

    • The service could not be delivered due to an error on our part.

  • For samagri orders, refunds will be initiated only after verification of the return claim.

  • Partial refunds may be issued if only part of the product or service is affected.


πŸ“Œ 4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made after the applicable deadline (24 hours for services / 6 hours for samagri).

  • Services already availed or pujas already performed.

  • Opened, used, or tampered puja items.

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction without a valid service or product-related issue.

Puja Shraddha shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.


πŸ“Œ 6. Refund Timeline Disclaimer

Refund timelines may vary depending on:

  • The bank or payment gateway involved, and

  • Transaction type (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
    Users will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp once a refund is processed.
